I just got back from Palm Springs and forgot how cold San Francisco is in comparison. Here are a few of my favorite pictures I took while on vacation...enjoy!

Vacation cannot come soon enough! I'm headed to Palm Springs for a long weekend and cannot wait to relax and enjoy the warm weather. I'll be back with more posts on Monday!

Farm Fresh

Every other Wednesday we receive a shipment of Organic Fruit and Veggies from Farm Fresh to You; a local CSA serving the Bay Area. When we joined, over a year ago, we hoped that it would inspire us to cook a little healthier and ensure we always had fresh fruit and vegetables in the house. It quickly exceeded all of our expectations and we have been busy cooking ever since. If you need a little inspiration or just more Fruit and Vegetables in your diet I highly recommend joining a local CSA!

Last week's shipment (pictured above) included: Oranges, Lemons, Apples, Yellow Onions, Avocado, Asparagus, Lettuce, Radishes, and Zucchini

Rainy Day Love

I used to hate the rain, mostly because I never planned for it and it often ruined my favorite shoes. These days I have become more accepting of it; as long as I'm not stuck in it without an umbrella I actually find it rather beautiful! I hope you don't get stuck in the rain today.

Coffee Break

I try not to blog about work, but today has just been one of those days. Not only was business tough over the weekend, but we found out at 1pm today that all of our Holiday product needs to be booked by end-of-week (typically this takes about 3 weeks). To cheer myself up I bought a Vanilla Latte and an oversize cookie, sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference!

California Coral

While I enjoy a good mani/pedi I rarely find time in my busy schedule to drag myself to the nail salon. Instead I have invested in a few staple colors and twice a week I pamper myself. California coral is my new favorite color; it has just the right amount of peach and pink and instantly reminds me of summer! What is your favorite nail polish color?

Cake Stands

How cute are these cake stands! I have always loved cake and cupcakes but only recently became inspired by all the creative ways to display these yummy desserts. I am currently searching for the perfect cake stand to display all my homemade treats.
