I never thought of having a Cinco de Mayo themed wedding but I have to say I can see the perks already. All you can eat chips and guacamole, margaritas, and Jarritos; not to mention you could use as many bright streamers and paper flowers as you'd like without feeling like you over did it. The icing on the cake would be that I could finally have a HUGE party with a taco truck which has been my dream since I don't know when. Top the whole thing off with a pinata and I'm sold, too bad I would have to cancel my August wedding and wait another year...Happy Cinco de Mayo!
